How do I sign up for a free trial?
Click on the “Free Trial” button to create a profile and book yourself to any available class. Our trainers will greet you and introduce you to our studio.
What do I need to bring?
Just a towel and water bottle. Prepare for a fun, sweaty and rewarding workout!
Do I have to be fit to join?
No! No matter what your current fitness level is, we have the fitness program that is right for you. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness, anad move you towards your goals. Our program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
What kind of exercises can I expect during a workout?
Experience a large variety of 50 minute group training classes including strength, cardio, functional and hybrid format that keeps you coming back. Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain muscle or build a lean physique, AMRAP range of workouts will help you achieve it.
Is this use to be F45 Training Blackburn studio location?
Yes. The F45 Training Blackburn studio has since discontinued operating and AMRAP Training has taken over. You will find the same trainers and members which have made it a 5 Star Google rated studio!
What sets you apart from other gyms like F45 and BodyFit/BFT?
Our programs are designed by coaches with F45, BodyFit BFT, Hyrox and Personal Training backgrounds - offering you the best combination from all formats. We filter out movements that are generic and unproductive, only focus on training program that delivers real results.
Do I get to meet new friends?
Yes! We like to organise our classes into small groups, as this allows you to meet others. In fact, most of our members have become lifelong friends.
How often do you recommend coming to AMRAP classes?
If you’re a beginner, we recommend starting with 3 to 4 classes a week, with the goal of working up to 5 a week after your first few months. It may take a while for your body to get used to training at that intensity, so listen to your body and know you will need recovery time between training days.
Do I have to stop eating my favourite foods to be healthy?
No! A healthy lifestyle has to be manageable and realistic for the long term. Do enjoy special indulgences and meals! The healthier you are, the healthier you tend to want to eat. You get hooked on feeling good, and junk food will naturally be limitted.
